Life Reorganizing

When a life is changing before its direction is clear.

Life Reorganizing is a space for reflection on adult change, identity, and the forms a life can take as circumstances change. It is for people whose lives may still be functioning, even meaningful, but whose relationship to what they have built has begun to shift.

Marie-Line Rigaud

Marie-Line Rigaud is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, consultant, and writer. For more than twenty-five years, she has worked at the intersection of human behavior, leadership, and organizational change.

Her work has trained her attention on how people adapt to roles and expectations, how patterns that once served them persist as circumstances change, and what happens when established ways of living and working no longer fit changing realities.

She writes about the inner experience of those changes: the period when a life is asking to become more truthful before its next form is known.
